Lead Rubber Bearing–D(LRB-D)

LRB-D is a type of seismic isolation bearing that lengthens the natural period of the superstructure in order to reduce the seismic force transmitted to the superstructure. By inserting lead in the form of a core into the inside of the rubber bearing, the nonlinear characteristics of the metal and the natural period are lengthened. It is a seismic isolation support that has been simplified into one device.
